In a world full of noise, choose listening to the things that bring you up and not down. Yes, my friends, with our current world situation this requires much more work from our end. Proactively surround yourself with great and valuable information that helps you grow. One of my favorite tools are podcasts. Podcast lift your mind and spirit. I listen to them constantly, every single day.

Podcasts are conversations recorded in audio series, shows and episodes that can be easily streamed for free in your personal device (cellphone) via the Podcats app, Spotify, iTunes, etc.

Podcasts have helped me improve my mind's well-being in so many ways, from my relationship with my husband, to best ways to discipline my kids and mostly on how to level up my entrepreneur spirit. The right Podcasts can lift up your day in ways you cannot imagine. I used to listen to them in my car during my long commutes. Now with the stay-at-home situation I listen to them while I cook or get ready to start my day. Believe me, they are a game changer.
